1999 Ford Windstar o/d light flashing

I had a new transmission placed in van.. approximately three hundred miles after trans. replacement,now o/d ligth is flashing approx. 45 mins. into driving van, if i turn off van and restart, light will go off then within 45 mins. light starts flashing again. trans. shop does not know how to correct problem it is still covered within 12000 miles.thank-you..

There should be a set fault code in the ECU, a scan should read this, start here.
