1999 Ford Windstar Not Cooling

The air conditioner will blow air but not cool air. What can I do that will not require me taking it to a service center?

Check when ac on -ac comp clutch on- also
check fuses

check the ac lines under the hood
low side should be cool

check system pressure if low add some

if line cool
check blend door motor behind the clove box
