Heater problem
1999 Ford Windstar 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

I need to know the location of the heater inlet hose on my 99 Windstar with the 3.8L V6? If you have a picture that would be GREAT!

Hello,
Thanks for your response.
I'm still a little confused though. In the picture you attached are both hoses heater inlet hoses? If not then which one is the HEATER INLET hose? I need to know this as this will be the location I have to install a Flush & Fill Tee from the Prestone Flush 'N Fill kit. (I also have an '87 Buick which I have used this kit on before and am confident that it works very well.)
Thanks for your help!

I don't have a diagram. But generally the one on the right is the inlet? Check that this one comes from thermostat.

So I just took a look and I did find the two hoses. I am not sure if I saw the thermostat or not but I did see the hose the led to the top of the engine. Would it be under the throttle controls?

If the pipe your talking about is going to the back of the engine underneath the throttle body. And is from the left pipe of the heater core.I'm guessin this is the return. Where does the other pipe go to?

Do you see a coolant crossover tube bolted to the top of engine? This feeds water to inlet on heater core.
