I replace the ignition cilinder on my windstar and after that it won't star. It have power on all the fusses and relays but wen I turn the key on the fuel pum cut off earlier than it should and the starter don't even click. I have changed the starter and fuel pump relays but it does nothing. I have even check the ignition switch. please tell me what to do.

Check battery voltage! how long was the door open? if the volts go below 9, PCM will not work! Try a jump start...is anti theft light flashing?
