1999 Ford Windstar heater does not blow hot air

My heater does not blow hot air, blower works fine and ac works good, was told by autozone that it was probably the heater control valve, but I cannot find where it is located, please help anyway you can. Thank You

The heater control valve will be found on the heater core hoses, it is quite noticeable when you find it.
