Our van has dual heater contols 1 in the front and 1 for the back. Our heater is not giving heat in the front but it is in the back. Can you tell us what the possible trouble can be?

probably air blend door actuator is stripped. Does it make a noise when you move the temp control from hot/cold?
It's easy to access. remove lower console, 4 plastic screws, slide out of the way. lie on your back and look up behind the stereo, should be a white plastic box with an elect conn.
