1999 Ford Windstar flashing light o/d

After 3-6 miles @ 65 or more MPH the overdrive indicator light start flashing. Can you tell me why?

Check tranny fluids
OD flashing is an indication of a tranny trouble
need to have the tranny checked for codes
let me know what you have for codes
