hard downshift when coming to a stop.
vehicle can be "rocked" in park.

might be a motor mount problem.If the mounts are broken the trans shifting can feel harsher than it really is.If the engine can be rocked back and forth in park, do you hear a noise when you first hit the throttle? Have the motor mounts checked first
