1998 Ford Windstar Rear air does not switch between hot &am

The front a/c works great. The rear climate section seems to be stuck in heater mode even when set to cold (warm air blows out low, nothing from the ceiling vents). So for know I just drive with the rear climate section off. Is something physically stuck? Or is there an electrical issue? Please help - Thank You!

I believe there is a blend door that needs to switch from open to closed to change from heat to AC. Chances are it is stuck. Do you have a seperate rear unit or does it run from the front AC?
