In my shop is a 1998 ford windstar with a pedal fade issue. Master cylinder will hold pressure if blocked off. Pedal will fade no matter if one or more of any combination of lines is blocked off at hose. Have electoronicly bled ABS control unit through function on snap on scanner. Have power bled brakes. ABS control unit was new 4 years ago for same condition but customer stated even after being replaced the vehicle had to be sent to a ford dealer to restore firm pedal, so that may have not been the original problem. What could I do to isolate this problem?
