Maybe low charge or most likely expansion valve. What are high and low side gague readings.

You need to remove the driver side panel near the second ow seat. Look for the vacuum line to the temp door and manually pump vacuum to see if the temp door moves and allows the cold air to flow. If it does then most likely problem will be your A/C control unit having an internal vacuum leak.
