1998 Ford Windstar horn don't work

in the windstar my horn dont work from the steering wheel but when you use a power probe and power it up from thr connector under the dash it works theres no bad fuses or any thing.

i have tried adjusting the horn pads but still nothing when you use the power probe from the wires on the tabs it works not when its pluged in

I would remove the horn pad and check the contacts. see if you can jump them there. It may just need a slight aedjustment of the horn tab.
