Electrical problem
1998 Ford Windstar 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

I went out and tried to start the van and it wouldn't start, well my father told me that it could either mean that the fuel pump had gone out or it could mean that the toogle switch on the fuel pump had been thrown and we don't know where to locate the toggle switch. Could you help?

The 'toggle' switch you describe is actually called a "Fuel Pump Shutoff Switch".

It is located behind the trim panel of the driver's left foot. The reset switch should be red in color.

Remove the trim panel... it's there.
