when I come to a stop or slow to turn, the van dies out, I gave it a tune up and and had a full maintnece job on it.

Did the tune up consist of a new fuel filter? Does it do it when teh tank is full also?

Have a look see at the relay probably replace it that solves the problem if the filter is changed and the pump does it regardless amount of fuel

I'm not sure, I asked for a full tune up, it does with full or half or less tank of gas, I will check my receipt to see if they replaced the part.
