1996 Ford Windstar what is wrong with my front end

After replacing my front passenger side callipers,rotor,and brake pads my van is popping,grinding and sounds like my tire is going to fall off when driven whether in drive or reverse I think it my cv joint or wheel bearing am i on the right track

Check your control arm bushings. If this is the 3.8L engine the oil filter is on the right side and every time the oil gets changed oil from the filter starts to get on the rubber bushings causing to split.
