1995 Ford Windstar when i apply eccelerator motor stay the

I was wondering if I could get your opinion on a problem I am having with my car
when ever you accelerate the van dose nothing, have changed everything you can think of, from fuel pump and filter to injectors, from plugs and end all the sensors, finally toke it to ford company for read out, and they can not find anything wrong with it, but when I push the accelerator, I can see the cable move, but motor stay same idle. Any ideas?

Is the throttle plate moving when you hit the gas? If it is, either it should rev or die.
