What may be the cause of whining and murmuring noise from the power steering system? At full wheel turns also sounds like farts, air leaving the system?
The pump has been replaced, and also the belts and bearings for the belt tensioner.

Sounds like it's still airbound, can be tough to bleed sometimes. If the steering rack is bypassing it can cause the problem you have described, and it must be replaced to fix the problem.
