truck was idling bad pulled codes po171,303,307.changed all 8 plugs and 2 coils now engine turns over but will not start please help

your codes are cylinder misfires and to lean. this can be a fuel pressure regulator aor injectors not firing. yo've already spent a lot of moneyfor parts and down time, take it to a pro so he can properly diagnose it and save you some money.
