1998 Ford Truck Remove and re-install window motor

My passenger window motor is not responding...I have power thru the switches, but no motor movement...it looks like the motor is attached with large pop rivets...what's the trick to R&R this rascal?

I live in Southern Mexico and anticipate having to have the motor re-wound, or some such thing...

we would have to know the exact model of vehicle before we can give specific tech guidence .. but generally if it's riveted ..drill them out and replace with new on install ?
