oil filter leak, engine shut off replaced filter,still wont start.checked all fues,s & electrical components, believe fuel pumpis not turning on. is it computer? discinnected batt for 10 hours, did nothing ,what shuts fuel pump off?

it needs oil pressure to start are you sure that you have the correct amount of oil in it
