I just got a deal so I think on a pickup ford f150 it is hard to start it has electronic fuel injection and takes me 3-4 times to get it running. Someone said maybe injectors but I do not want to replace them if not needed and do not know if there is any way of checking them out. Maybe this is not even my problem.

Hi
Start with basics plugs, fuel air filters, cap wires if you don't know the maintence history good place to start. Then get a bottle of Techtron fuel system cleaner by Chevron. Also clean the throttle body this will help start and performance.
Let me know if can help
Thanks for donate

Well I'm know mind reader so that little bit of info would have been helpful. No prudent technician would replace injectors without confirming basic engine maintance. Unless you have fuel pressure gague a pulse injector tool and graduated beakers to measuer fuel flow then there is no way to confirm injector operation. Do to age and milage injector replacement maybe required. However hard start is not necessarly an injector issue. You said nothing of performance. Poor idle, miss, hesitation on acceleration etc. Would be glad to help but please provide any info that may help in diagnosis. I have been an auto Tech for over 40 yrs and 25 as an ASE Master.
