Engine Performance problem
1994 Ford Truck V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic 200K miles

I have a 1994 F250HD 4x4 supercab xl 5.8L EFI V-8 Engine with Electronic 4-speed auto transmission w/OD with 200K miles. The engine ran fine and I moved the vehicle about 50-feet, and shut it off, and haven't been able to start it since. I found that the inside 4 cylinders are flooding with gas to the point that the engine locks. I replaced the fuel injectors - didn't help. I replaced the Distributor - didn't help. Changed plugs, wires, rotor, fuel filter - didn't help. When I turn on the ignition, the fuel pump starts and never stops, and the engine floods with gas. What's up with this Ford truck?

Then it is obvious that you have a bad fuel pump

The fuel pump is pumping gas. Like crazy! Why do you suspect it's the fuel pump?

Because you stated "the fuel pump starts and never stops" the fuel pump comes on for a few seconds to prime the system then shut down, if the fuel pump does not shut down, it will flood the vehicle, the only other thing now I can think of is you have a bad fuel regulator which is located on the injection rail powered by a vacuum.
