Hope you can help

selector switch for the fuel tanks has no voltage.
Doea the voltage come streight from the battery or does it take another direction.
Just to enlight the 30 amp fuse that powers the a/c fan motor blew snd I think it may have something to do with my issue.
Any help would be appreciated

It comes from the inertia fuel cut off switch
