1992 Ford Truck missing, will not advance over 2500 rpm

i have replaced distributer, cap and rotor, fuel pressure regulator, coil, fuel pump. when driving it has no power and when you step on the gas it has no noticeable increase in power. will not rev over 2500 rpm.

first, if you have not done so is replace the fuel filter, it is mounted under the truck on the inside of the left frame rail. If you have done that, next check the throttle linkage under the hood make sure it is working right. Use some throttle body cleaner in the intake {sometimes some carbon builds up in the throttle body}
