1991 Ford Truck V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

We replaced the fuel pump and now it will not work. The pump is getting power but it will not start when the ignition is switched on. Could this be a problem with the starting relay and if so where is the relay?

Does the engine crank when you turn the key? Are you getting fuel pressure to the injectors?
