will pcm cause a no spark no fuel pump. The fuel pump was running with switch off changed fuel pump now will not run changed fuel pump now pump does run and no spark pull plug wire and grounded it and cranked motor no spark coil checked fine getting voltage and continuity

If fuel pump continues to run with key off, replace the fuel pump relay. As for no spark, it's probably the ignition module. Two types were used one is a TFI and is attached to the side of the distributor, the other type is usually on the drivers fender near the hood hindge.
