1989 Ford Truck No power to low and high pressure fuel pump

EEC power relay and Fuel Pump Relay have power. Dual fuel tank dash switch has power. Inertia switch does not have power. And fuel pumps don't have power. Where do I look to see why no power to Inertia switch. Also, can't find fuse link. Thanks.

Either you have a problem with the computer control of the fuel pump relay or the brown wire is open between the relay and inertia switch.
