My cam gear is broken along with my distributor gear and I want to replace my cam, distributor, and oil pump and cam bearings do I need to completely rebuild my engine.

you shouldn't have to change yur cam bearings unless they are bad or scored. You don't have to rebuildyour engine. The most you'll have to do is clean out the oil pan when you change the oil pump.. as well as the other things........
