1964 Ford Truck Two Wheel Drive Automatic

Motor was changed and the only numbers I could find, 37 and 352, were on the block. I also located numbers on the manifold but dont know if it is original.
Q: Motor is supposed to be from a 65 or 67, how can
I find out exactly what year it is?
Q: I also need to know what the timming should be
set at?
