HI, IVE JUST HAD MY VAN SERVICED AND WHEN IT CAME OUT THE INDICATOR LIGHTS ON THE PASSENGER SIDE WERE STAYING ON EVEN WHEN THE IGNITION WAS SWITCHED OFF ANY IDEAS?

check the flasher relay .. have the service center recheck the vehicle ?
