2001 Ford Transit back lights

Hi,
I have a lot of trouble with the back lights on my transit. When I put on the indicator every light starts flashing or just stays on.I did take out the unit and cleaned all the connections. This sorted it for a while. The last time I did this I broke the wiring and I don't know what wire goes where. Can anyone help me on this.A picture of the wiring would be very handy.
