alarm question

my 1996 Ford Tbird Lx the alarm keeps going off no matter how many times you disarm it, it will even go off during driving. What do you think would cause this and how can I fix it?

Well this is a long shot, FIrst can you locate the alarm box which is usually located under the dash on the driver side, if you can locate it sometimes the alarm systems comes with a sinsative feature which allows you to adjust the sinsitivity of the alarm (when someone bumps the car) try to turn it down, sometimes the feature on the box looks like a small knob that turns from left to right. Now set the alarm and see if the adjustment helps.
