1997 Ford Thunderbird won't start when temp below 32 degrees

Have a 1997 t bird v8 4.6Liter the car runs great but when the temp goes down to below 32 degrees it will not start it just cranks and cranks was told to replace coolant senser did't work. Check enging light is not on and the car computer read sh ows no codes what else could it be please help. The car will start everytime when temp is above 38degrees and run like brand new

Check the spark plugs. Make sure the gap is to spec.

I have seen the fuel pump cause this problem, I would swap it out to help fix it, here is the location of the pump and I would change the fuel filter as well. Check out the images (below). Let us know how it goes
