Engine Performance problem
1997 Ford Thunderbird 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

My 1997 Ford Tbird has just over 100,000 miles and it will not accelerate past 40 mph when it get to 40 the rpm races and nothing else happens

DID u get ur problem fixed? I tried the speed sensor but i cannot test my car due to tags and a non op at the moment,.. waiting to get it smoged. Let me know spessiejessie@yahoo.com
