My Thunderchicken Number 4 Plug Has Been Fouling Out, I Took It Out Cleaned It, No Problem For A Couple Days, Now I Can Not Get The Plug Out, It;s Stuck, Will Not Turn, Scared To Put To Much Presure On It, Dont Won't The Plug To Break. What Can I Do To Fix The Fouling Plug And Get It Out. Thank You.

You can try soaking it with some penetrating oil and try it again but it may already be too late.
This engine is pretty notorious for this and they make a kit for installing a heli-coil in the head to fix damaged threads. Unfortunately, the kit costs about $300 but is reusable.

It has to come out, so don't be afraid to put some pressure on it. As far as the plug, if it came out the day before, then it should come out now unless you crossed threaded it or over tightened it.

Let me know if you get it. Also, I would recommend replacing the plug rather than trying to clean it.
