1996 Ford Thunderbird fuel pump

1996 Ford Thunderbird Front Wheel Drive Automatic 130,00 miles

i changed out the fuel pump and the filter but the fuel pump still wont come on. what else can i do to trouble shoot this? i have checked all the fuses.

Test the inertia cut off switch and fuel pump relay if it checks out get the computer tested-
