1995 Ford Thunderbird Automatic 165000 miles

Alomost a month ago I got in a car wreck and my tire came off the rims and I busted my rims but only on my driver side. So I put new tires and rims on my car but then my back tire sits slanted were the bottom part of the tire sits kinda underneth my car and the top of the tire sticks out. What is the problem with it?

The problem is that you have a lot more damage than a wheel and tire. I suggest you call your insurance company because you have some serious suspension damage that needs to be inspected by a professional.
