1994 Ford Thunderbird smells like coolant through vents

I just bought a 94 thunderbird which just had a new a/c systems in two months ago and then sat. When I turn it on it smells like radiator.......
any ideas?

if the heater core was not replaced then i think its leaking antifreeze into heater box. double check the rubber hoses going into heater core to make sure they are not lose

Thanks- and to get to the heater core I go through the inside dash??

yes. the dash needs to be removed to access the heater core.
