1994 Ford Thunderbird smells like coolant through vents

I just bought a 94 thunderbird which just had a new a/c systems in two months ago and then sat. When I turn it on it smells like radiator.
any ideas?

If the heater core was not replaced then I think its leaking antifreeze into heater box. Double check the rubber hoses going into heater core to make sure they are not lose

Yes. The dash needs to be removed to access the heater core.
