1994 Ford Thunderbird High idel speed

My engine won't idle at less than 1700rpms, so this makes it hard to drive.
I've changed the Mass airflow sensor and also put it on a tester. Still I haven't been able to fix the problem.
Any sugestions please.

take the IAC module and unplug it and drive it seee if the idle comes down any, clean the throttle body, and check for a restricted PCV valve.

it may also be a vaccum leak.
