Im havign trouble starting my 93 ford thunderbird.. i just rebuilt the motor and change the transmission from auto to a t-5 5 speed... i can start the car by taking a wire from the starter relay and touch it to the battery but it will not start from the ignition. ive tryed looking for wire diagrams and was unable to find any.. i also need to find out if my car has the anti theft on it from the factory...

Does it start and run when the battery is touched, if it does then you dont have a bad theft system.

Check your starter relay, that may be the problem, if that isnt it it is your ignition switch.

If you have a theft system it would flash theft.
