1993 Ford Thunderbird V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

My back passanger tire is caved in top of the tire sticks out away from the body of the car making my driver side door unable to shut. Can you give me an idea on how to fix the tire and parts and tools that I will need to fix my tire be for something else really bad happens to the car.

Hi there, had to say what this is, but it must be some type of suspension failure, I would start with jacking up the rear and remove the wheel, start checking for any obvious signs of damage or misalignment, can you post a pic? This may help.
