I just got a tune up and brand new catylac converters. when i drive slow like around 30 to 40 mph the car shakes, it feels like it's trying to go fast but something won't let it, but when i put the pedal to the medal it takes about 3 to 4 seconds for it to go past 50 mph and up. and once i go faster the car won't shake. what is the problem?
