THE SEATBELT ON DRIVERS SIDE WILL NOT (INTERMITENT) ENGAGE AND CHIME GOES ON, AND ON, AND ON...HOW CAN I FIX THIS PROBLEM??

Try lubricating it with WD 40, other than that ,depending on whether it's the belt or the buckle, one side of the seatbelt system needs to be replaced. It's not safe or reasonable to attempt repair.
You can certainly swap the parts yourself, but you should obtain dealership parts.
