someones selling 2 '62 thunderbirds one needs its engine rebuilt the other needs its transmission rebuilt. which would be cheaper and how much would it cost?

actually the thing you look at here is which one is in better shape body wise? The transomission can run anywhere from $1000-2000 to fix and the engine anywhere from $2000-4000 depending on what is wron with them. If you have a mechanic friend he may give you a better price excluding machining.
