2003 Ford Tempo engine problem - maybe pistons

2003 Ford Tempo 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

My car is a ford (1993)tempo and i hear a clugging noise in the piston portion of the car engine. It gets too hot to drive and I have this one car and so can you please help me asap. Also what happens if you out brake fluid into the power steering resavoir, container? Will this be the problem? do i need to drain this container? or is it the pistons? there is nois e there.

where are you located? need more info on history of car since you owned it. brake fluid may not hurt if you didnt put too much in like whole 12 oz bottle? this is not likely cause of noise/problem. you say car gets hot and then it quits? if you do that too many times you can ruin engine.
