1995 Ford Tempo seatbelt retractor

1995 Ford Tempo 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

The automatic seatbelt on the drivers side will not move and is stuck in the forward position. The motor runs and their is a ginding sound. How do I remove the track assembly?
