As a do it yourself project the only practical way is to get a complete front spindel assembly from the boneyard. Because the front bearing is a press fit in the spindel. Although it is possible to beat it out then sandpaper the hole to make the new 1 fit in easier. Or you can take to shop after you remove spindel and have them do it. Like I said, easiest to just get a boneyard spindel. Make sure you spin it with hand and detect absolutely NO roughness! It should spin absolutely smoothly! Any feeling of a tick/click is NO good! Get another 1! Have fun!
