1994 Ford Tempo Slow responce and speed

When the car starts its hesitates when you push on the gas I have did a full tune up and still nothing also when on the freeway once you hit 60-65 miles an hour it losses power I have to pull over put in park and wait a minute before I can start driving again?

Sounds like a fuel starvation issue?But with that many miles a lot of other things can come into play?Hvaing the fuel pressure tested before and after the problem arises would help determine if it's pump or other causes?
