1994 Ford Tempo Slow responce and speed

When the car starts its hesitates when you push on the gas i have did a full tune up and still nothing also when on the freeway once you hit 60-65 miles an hour it losses power i have to pull over put in park and wait a minute before i can start driving again?

sounds like a fuel starvation issue?but with that many miles a lot of other things can come into play?hvaing the fuel pressure tested before and after the problem arises would help determine if it's pump or other causes?
