1994 Ford Tempo no fuel to injectors

1994 Ford Tempo Front Wheel Drive Automatic 120000 miles

I have checked the fuel pressure and have 40 lbs put on a new pressure regulator and the injectors it still wont start with out a shot of starting fiuild, were do the injectors get power? Need Help.

they get +12v to one side with key on. the ground side is added by the pcm at a rate it determines sufficent for the operating conditions and your demand of power.
