Go behind the backing plate and go thru the start wheel adjuster hole and contract the brake shoe.

Your shoes are rusted to the drum from moisture. Ive taken off the wheel and put wd40 thru brake adjuster hole in back(oblong rubber plug)and beat/tapped on drum with hammer till it moved. Do an internet(google) search on how to free rear wheel brakes/drums?I've also just driven car on pavement going back and forth and broken it loose.
